smelled really nice throughout the hotel. it’s really big and clean and the garden is beautiful and taken care of and watered daily. it’s nice and quite was amazing to chill and relax at the end of my travels. staff are very attentive. daily room cleaning was nice. the hotel is modern. The shower had good pressure. the room was bigger than I was expecting and had strong AC. the pool is a good size there’s no music so it’s nice and quite and relaxing. they do have another pool which is the zen pool. the water aerobics was really fun to do. that was the only time they had music on. there’s plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable and big sun umbrellas. they have a free shuttle to the main city multiple times throughout the day which you can book anytime and drops you off at koutoubia. my flight was at 8pm and they let me use the pool after checkout which was really nice.

Had breakfast only but ate dinner at hotel approx. £30pp Adults only pool was calm, quiet but with friendly people Drinks were AMAZING! Free hourly daily shuttle bus from hotel to main Marrakesh where the market and souks are There are also cabs outside Most excursions can pick you up from the hotel

Super helpful and friendly desk staff. Wait staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Attractive and well maintained grounds. Truly exceptional spa: clean, beautiful, and relaxing, with talented (and strong!)staff.

The grounds are stunning well tended, and so extensive creating a wonderful environment even down to the recorded bird song at night time.The Morrocon duo who played music in the bar each evening , were superb and deserve to make the big time !

We had hassles with the rooms being near to a construction site and apart. Finally, after 1 hour with reception staff we accepted ground floor rooms with a corridor to connect. The lock was broken, but they fixed it in one day when I complained. This hotel has not interconnecting rooms, so not suitable for a family looking for this.
