Facilities were good, staff very friendly and always willing to help. Hotel had a shuttle bus to City centre which is excellent.Food overall was very good.

Beautifully clean space, gardening was perfection Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind Food was AMAZING!!!!!! Only ate out of the hotel once and it wasn't worth it. Had breakfast only but ate dinner at hotel approx. £30pp Adults only pool was calm, quiet but with friendly people Drinks were AMAZING! Free hourly daily shuttle bus from hotel to main Marrakesh where the market and souks are There are also cabs outside Most excursions can pick you up from the hotel

smelled really nice throughout the hotel. it’s really big and clean and the garden is beautiful and taken care of and watered daily. it’s nice and quite was amazing to chill and relax at the end of my travels. staff are very attentive. daily room cleaning was nice. the hotel is modern. The shower had good pressure. the room was bigger than I was expecting and had strong AC. the pool is a good size there’s no music so it’s nice and quite and relaxing. they do have another pool which is the zen pool. the water aerobics was really fun to do. that was the only time they had music on. there’s plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable and big sun umbrellas. they have a free shuttle to the main city multiple times throughout the day which you can book anytime and drops you off at koutoubia. my flight was at 8pm and they let me use the pool after checkout which was really nice.

Fantastic friendly staff and helpful. Beautiful environment for relax with family, kids or even alone. The room was comfortable and the food was great! We had good help with all the programs we wanted.
